Ghost Architect operates exclusively as an Asynchronous Intelligence Unit. Engagement does not include live meetings, video conferences, or real-time stand-ups.

Communication is conducted via secure ticketing, documentation updates, or encrypted PDF reports only.

All services are priced and settled in United States Dollars (USD). International clients are responsible for their own conversion fees via Stripe or ACH transfers.

While all infrastructure reports and specific remediation plans belong to the Client, all Ghost Architect proprietary software (Sentinel-X, IAM Hunter, etc.) and internal methodologies remain the sole property of the Delaware entity.

Ghost Architect provides high-signal infrastructure audits. We are not responsible for architectural failures occurring outside the specific audit scope or due to client misconfigurations after report delivery.

In no event shall Ghost Architect's total liability exceed the actual fees paid for the specific service in question.
